Store General Manager

As a store general manager, you would wear multiple hats, and manage all business operations wherever needed, core responsibilities includes but not limited below

• Providing professional and attentive services to all customers

• Set good example and lead sales team to ensure all customers’ well served and their experience are satisfactory

• Be approachable and build good customer relationships

• Understanding your customer profile and preferences and periodically let management about customer feedbacks  

• Manage the whole operation of the retail store

• Act as ambassador of the brand. Be presentable and helpful at all times.

• Drives sales revenue to the store to meet KPI

• Manage the daily operation from the shop front to back including the opening of the store to the logistics and backend system etc.

• Motivate, lead and inspire sales team to achieve stores sales targets

• Develop and maintain client relationships by providing excellent customer and after-sales services.

• Builds customer loyalty through in-store experience, utilization of social media and email capture

• Handle weekly and monthly KPI report

• Inventory management and stock control

• Ensure clear and optimize fixtures and fittings

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in high-end retail, beauty industry, technology gadget industry, hospitality and/or servicing industry

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Passionate, proactive, detail oriented, self-motivated and organized

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Candidate with less experience will be considered for sales associate
