Job duties:

- Daily communication with customers and factory

- Handling orders processing from development to bulk production

- Monitor order tracking activities to meet requirements in terms of quality, quantity, specification, delivery etc

-Occasional travel to China is required.

-Perform business trips to Countries when necessary

- Handle any ad hoc job tasks assigned by supervisors from time to time

Requirement:

- Form 7 or above, with min. 3 yrs clerical working experience

- Proficiency in using Adobe Illustrator is preferable.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills;

- Fluent in spoken and written English;

- Computer literates and proficiency in MS office (倉頡/速成)

- Well organized, hardworking, self motivated, able to work independently & under pressure

- Creative thinker is a definite plus and excellent research skills
