Job Description

Reporting to the B2C KAM, based in Hong Kong, you will be actively supporting the development of the B2C/Wholesale channel in Hong Kong and Macau, in accordance with the Brand's strategic objectives.

You will be focused on the understanding of the market and on the execution of the go to market strategy for Hong Kong, with the goal to speed up our organic growth in the market.

You will support the existing network of Retailers (mainly active in Stationery, Department Stores, Travel Retail, Bookstores, Electronics, Digital and other channels); explore new business opportunities with a multi-channel approach including: geographic expansion, new channels exploration as well as new accounts activation and training.

 

Main Duties :

 

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • You will be in charge of the HK and Macau sales target for all the assigned key accounts, partners and channels
  • You will plan, initiate and execute promotion activities to ensure the sales target on track and well executed at retailer level
  • You will develop and maintain good customer relationships with assigned key account
  • You will negotiate trading terms and maximize business
  • You will assist in analyzing the sales performance and distribution plans on a regular basis, keeping track of the budget and sales revenues and to develop & execute effective promotional activities
  • You will generate business development by client and/or channel in line with the company and brand strategies.

VM & OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

  • Conduct merchandising duties including regular shelf maintenance and instore activities installations.
  • Observe market changes & competitor activities and promotion monitoring
  • You will provide administrative support to B2C team
  • You will communicate regularly with the marketing team to generate adequate presentation material to be shared with assigned clients.

 

Requirements :

  • University graduate
  • Minimum 5 years sales or marketing experience in FMCG/Electronic/Digital industry, preferable in handling key accounts 
  • Strong understanding of branding as a key asset for business development and negotiations with business partners
  • Proficient communication skills in English is a must
  • Be proficient in Word, Excel (i.e. Pivot Table) & PowerPoint
  • Outgoing, self-driven, flexible and positive attitude with good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Key Account Executive
