Job Description

The Sales Administration and Customer Service Advisor dual role interacts with customers on behalf of the company, both processing inquiries and sales orders and also dealing with after sales customer service.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaise with specific account customers regarding all inquiries and order placing and processing, inputting sales into our ERP system
  • Prepare all documents (pro-forma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list…), certificates and quotations for customers and arrange courier if required
  • Issue production orders to factory of specific accounts
  • Monitor shipping schedule with factory
  • Manage the quality of after sales customer service (B2B) by understanding the needs of different customers (retailers)
  • Provide timely feedback to all customer requests through our Customer Support Portal (Freshdesk Customer Support Desk)
  • Strive for positive completion for all customer interactions
  • Organise and consistently maintain and update CRM record
  • Undertake analysis to help identify potential quality assurance issues and collaborate with different departments to take corrective actions.
  • Arranging and ordering of spare parts and swatches.
  • Customer support and advice on care and maintenance best practise for our product portfolio.
  • Daily communication between the Hong Kong head office and our after-sales logistics team in Vietnam.
  • Follow up, confirmations and task completion of any shipments and after-sales deliveries to customers.
  • Report back to the business on customer support trends and suggestions on proactive improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree required
  • 2-4yrs working experience
  • Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point
  • Detail minded, independent but good team player
  • Excellent written and spoken English essential as dealing with international customers. Cantonese/Mandarin a plus.
  • Report directly to Managing Director
