Our client, a leading international luxury retail brand, is currently looking for an Area Manager for their Hong Kong markets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations in Hong Kong
• Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve the sales and profit targets
• Monitor the budget and expenses ensuring they are implemented according to the agreed parameters and standards
• Lead, motivate and coach the retail team to meet the corporate standards and targets
• Develop and execute shop promotion plan
• Ensure the shop image in line with VM corporate guideline
• Co-ordinate with Shop Construction to ensure the shop image and quality at the corporate standard
• Oversee all store construction projects to ensure that the image and quality of all stores are of consistently high standard in Asia

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of experience in management experience in retail operations, experience in luxury fashion retail is advantageous
• Strong business acumen and result oriented
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
