Administrator – Investor Services (Business Analyst)

Who will be responsible for performing system data setup for various fund products, individual & institutional investors. In addition, he / she will develop customized client reports and management report. He / She will be involved in analysing processes to identify opportunities to create efficiencies for different teams under Registrar and Transfer Agency department. The role will assist in project co-ordination and will work closely with IT for system enhancements, bug fixes and UAT.

The successful candidate will be a Degree holder in finance, accounting, economics or any business discipline with preferably 1 year of relevant working experience. We also welcome graduates who are interested in this field.

The successful candidate will have sound working knowledge in Microsoft Applications e.g. Excel. Knowledge in VBA will be a plus. The successful candidate will have excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills plus excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Cantonese and English. Knowledge in data modelling and data management will be an asset.
