Responsibilities:

• As a member of project management office, participate and work in partnership with respective teams to manage approved projects including project planning, business requirement management, software design, development, quality assurance testing and deployment
• Maintain, publish, and update information on internal systems and communicates the update to relevant team mate
• Actively communicate with external clients to follow up project status
• Play the role as a business analyst to extract, define, organize and simplify business requirement for optimal project result
• Participate to define, fine tune and implement IT governance model and process to achieve high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• University degree in computer science, business administration, MIS or another rigorous discipline.
• Knowledge of project management, software development and vendor management methodologies
• Familiar with business process automation, business process re-engineering and process governance in software development industry
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Chinese)
• Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audience
• Exceptionally self-motivated and able to work under pressure
