Assistant General Manager

Job responsibilities:

• Analysis with respect to potential insurance brokerage development in companies across China;
• Formulating insurance business recommendations;
• Perform due diligence for new potential business partners
• Developing new business opportunities in China
• Meet and develop the insurance compliance needs
• Ensuring insurance market product are accurately identified and developed
• Enhancing the insurer relationships
• Developing and enhancing our insurance brokerage network
• Understanding the market available to secure and retain all risks
• Re-organization process of portfolio companies, liaise with China advisors including lawyers, accountants and other professional services providers.

Job requirements:

• University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
• 10 years' or above all-round experience in China insurance, preferably in brokerage field;
• Familiar with China insurance business operation, sales channel, bank or insurance company business model
• Solid experience in China insurance product knowledge
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent organizing skills with strong analytical mind and business sense
• Results oriented, strong management skill and people influence skills
