Responsibilities:

. Report to Accounting Manager;

. Manage daily general accounting duties including input accounting entries, cheques preparation;

. To assist month end closing, including maintain accounts schedule and reconcile current accounts with related companies;

. To handle accounts receivable functions;

. To assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements

. LCC Higher holder/ Diploma in Accounting

. At least 5 years retail solid experience in accounting,

. Positive attitude and able to work under pressure

. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Chinese word processing, accounting software

. Self-motivated, responsible, detail-minded, well organized and able to meet tight deadlines

. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluent in Mandarin is an advantage

. Immediate available is preferable
