Management Trainee
Management Trainee Program (TIMING)
Job Placement (18-21 months)
•CMB (Commercial Banking)
•GBM (Global Banking and Markets)
•RBWM (Retail Banking and Wealth Management )
•Other specialised functions
Overseas Attachments (3 months)
Development Ongoing
Performance Management
•Performance assessments from line management every six months, complemented by feedback sessions with an executive mentor and Human Resources coaches.
Mentoring and Support
•Participants will be assigned an executive mentor to provide coaching and guidance throughout the programme, augmented by a line mentor in each attachment to facilitate technical learning.
Networking and Events
•Regular networking events over the course of the programme with local and regional senior management.
Future Ongoing
•Over the course of the 24 months immediately following your completion of the programme, you will take on posts within the area of Technology and Services in which you took your Job Placement, paving the way to a long-term specialised career with HSBC.
Job Duties:
Actively participate and successfully complete departmental assignments / job rotation, departmental / functional / center-wide projects, mentorship etc.
Display high level capability on driving change and innovation, driving execution and performance, inspiring and developing others.
Maintain quality customer service by establishing good relationship with internal colleagues and external business partners, giving accurate and timely feedback of their requests and enquiries
Take initiative to review and streamline workflow to optimize efficiency and recommend ways to enhance customer service
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above
Major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics or related majors
Minor in Finance, Economic, International Trade or related financial/ economical-related majors is beneficial
Fluent in both writing and speaking in English and Mandarin
Strong communication skill and negotiation skill
Passionate in Software Engineering Project of Banking Systems
