Key Responsibilities:

l  Prepare loan documents for mortgage loan facilities

l  Liaise with CS department to ensure proper and efficient operations of credit administration work

l  Prepare credit search, land search and company search

l  Handle data input to loan system

l  Clerical support to Credit and CS Department

l  Assist in prepare regular monthly report and statistic

l  Outdoor work when required

l  Handle ad hoc projects

Job Requirements:

l  Form 7 or above

l  3 years or above working experience

l  Strong computer skill, especially in Microsoft Excel and MS Word

l  Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin

l  Good communication skills
