RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and accurate financial operations;

2. Assist to check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes;

3. Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, in accordance with policies and procedures;

4. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information;

5. Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures;

6. Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective operations; and

7. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

1. HKCEE / HKDSE or above;

2. Knowledge of accounting principles (LCCI/Certificate in accounting is preferred but not a requisite);

3. At least 2 years or above of relevant experience;

4. Proficient in Chinese word processing & MS Office applications (Word and Excel);

5. Good commend of both written and spoken Putonghua and English; and

6. Sound organizational skills and attention to detail.
