The LVMH Asia Pacific Compensation & Benefits Department is a team of 6, in charge of:

-        the payroll and administration of 3 holding offices in Hong-Kong, Shanghai and Singapore

-        the orientation and coordination of C&B strategy in Asia Pacific and among 70 brands

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

◊       Support HR Administration Manager on HR functions including but not limited to compensation & benefits, taxation, prepare contracts and employee relations;

◊       Administer monthly payroll and medical & pension contribution on timely basis;

◊       Handle expatriates’ management, i.e. advise relocation process to Group Senior Executives / Local+ for their move to Asia Pacific, coordinate home search, visa application, tax filing, schooling and temporary accommodation;

◊       Prepare HR reports and participate in ad-hoc projects as required;

◊       HR administration including but not limited to annual leave management, enrolments into benefits plan and update employee list.

 

Key Requirements & Competencies:

◊       University Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related discipline, international education background would be bonus

◊       1-3 years of C&B related experience

◊       High sensitivity to figures and accuracy, data-oriented

◊       Excellent command of Chinese and English, fluency in Mandarin

◊       Professional communication and interpersonal skills

◊       Proficiency in MS Suites, including MS Outlook

◊       Immediate available is highly preferred
