Job Description
Job Duties:
- Responsible for general office administrative duties
- Perform receptionist duties including handling incoming calls ,greeting guests and arranging documents;
- Provide general office administration support, including office admin work, procurement and maintenance of office equipment and supplies
- Provide general clerical support including data-entry and filing
- Participate in any other ad hoc projects as assigned
- Handle membership enquiry
Requirements:
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Chinese word-processing)
- Outgoing, creative and a passion for Excellence
- Well-organized, good attitude, attention to details, and deadline-conscious
- Immediate available is preferred
