Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for general office administrative duties
  • Perform receptionist duties including handling incoming calls ,greeting guests and arranging documents;
  • Provide general office administration support, including office admin work, procurement and maintenance of office equipment and supplies
  • Provide general clerical support including data-entry and filing
  • Participate in any other ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Handle membership enquiry

Requirements:

  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Chinese word-processing)
  • Outgoing, creative and a passion for Excellence
  • Well-organized, good attitude, attention to details, and deadline-conscious
  • Immediate available is preferred
