Position Summary

The Operations Manager will have responsibility for handling all operational and reporting needs related to the Private Equity Portfolio.

• Coordinate all operational needs and data management
• Maintain reports to track and monitor prospective and existing investments, including performance attribution
• Provide support for various portfolio operational matters
• Conduct required governance work
  
  
  

Position Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant work experience in Operation, Finance, Compliance
• Understanding of business, legal, and accounting issues related to Private Equity (CFA or CPA preferred)
• Superior written and verbal communication skills and fluency with Excel, Power Point and other essential computer programs
• Attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks, respond to changing priorities, and meet deadlines
• High ethical and professional standards
• Fluent (written and spoken) English & Chinese
