Responsibilities:

• Performs IT services roles included but not limited to daily support, effectiveness of IT operations, monitoring, vendors management, project management, documentation. Hardware and software maintenance etc;
• Identify business benefit, priority and costs;
• Responsible in maintaining and managing overall IT infrastructure and provide infrastructure support to application system and identify resources and priority;
• Key liaison with vendors and relevant stakeholders for matters relating to general IT services responsibilities;
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in IT related discipline with at least 2 years solid experience in IT, preferably from a Financial Institution;
• Strong IT skills and knowledge with specialization in infrastructure (VM, MS Windows server, network, firewall, data center, etc.);
• To participate in UAT for system enhancement and other ad-hoc projects.
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Able to work independently;
• Able to work well with a team.
