Responsibilities:

• Review business documents and related materials to ensure compliance of relevant laws and regulations
• Provide legal and regulatory advice for all business transactions and new business initiatives.
• Perform compliance reviews and self-assessments in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Review and update compliance policies and procedures
• Liaise with the relevant regulators and external parties on legal and regulatory issues
• Handle licensing issue and conduct monitoring activities
• Monitoring and conducting annual testing of SEC Registered Investment Adviser duties

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the compliance or regulatory profession.Experience in asset management investment compliance function is advantageous;
• Degree or above in Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Business Managementor related disciplines
• Familiar with SFC regulations and other relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English; and
• Good team player and good communication skills
