Job Description

 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Handle customer feedback and enquiry
  • Identify areas of improvement and collaborate with Operating Units to improve hospital services
  • Conduct surveys and interviews to assess customer satisfaction, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Generate statistical reports
  • Participate in activities such as staff training and internal publications to promote customer services

 

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Degree holder with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge in  Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Shift duty is required
