Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle customer feedback and enquiry
- Identify areas of improvement and collaborate with Operating Units to improve hospital services
- Conduct surveys and interviews to assess customer satisfaction, and identify improvement opportunities
- Generate statistical reports
- Participate in activities such as staff training and internal publications to promote customer services
Job Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Shift duty is required
