Responsibilities :

• Provide full range of secretarial support to the Director.
• Manage travel arrangement to the Director including flight schedule, visa, hotel booking, dinning research, and expenses claim
• To organize functions and activities as required by the Director
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the Director
• Responsible for general office administration.
• Provide clerical support to the office e.g. filing, data entries.
• Manage and update documents and records of the projects.
• Assist in the preparation of purchase orders.
• Follow up the delivery of ordered items.
• Outdoor delivery of documents may require.

Requirements :

• secondary school graduate or above.
• 3 years experiences or above in similar position (experience in construction field preferred).
• Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and oral English and Chinese.
