YOU NEED TO BE…

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Membership of HKICPA or equivalent

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an accounting related role

• Excellent knowledge of Hong Kong accounting standards, listing rules and tax rules
• Knowledge of SAP Financial Management systems
• Strong business acumen, independent, reliable and proactive
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent PC skills especially in spreadsheet and financial modeling

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Report to Finance Manager
• Handling full set accounts and providing general accounting supports
• Managing all operational accounting activities, which includes: month-end consolidation, journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and handling payments
• Monitoring business performance and internal reporting of various business units
• Assist in preparing annual budget package
• Handle company secretarial issues
• Prepare audit management accounts and audit schedule, liaison with auditors
• Assist in budgeting and weekly cashflow forecast
• Performing treasury functions and ad-hoc duties as assigned
