Responsibilities:

•          Perform all rounded financial accounting functions including, but not limited to,  booking, reconciliations and reporting on a monthly or yearly basis •Communicate and resolve accounting issues with foreign offices 
•          Support other accounting colleagues in different functions as a team player

• Prepare weekly or monthly management reports with supporting schedules and worksheets such as Gross Margin reports, and budgets/forecasts in sales & costs 
• Follow up and provide support according to the comments of the management 
• Be responsible for Gross Margin control of the company
• Coordinate, liaise and resolve various issues with banks, such as setting up new bank accounts and online banking, handling periodical transfers, reconciling differences 
• Be responsible for Cash Flow forecast and control of the company
• Handle tax related areas such as tax provision, tax compliance, enquiry letters from tax authority and various tax projects 
• Prepare tax analysis for management review and comment
• Handle statutory audit, resolve audit and accounting issues with external auditors 
• Prepare yearly consolidated financial statements
• Assist with designing, testing and receiving final approval for system reports required for management, financial reporting and Gross Margin control purposes
• Follow regulatory requirements and internal policies & procedures 
• Document policies, procedures and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility 
• Contribute and support ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Big 4 or sizeable accounting firms;
• And also minimum 2 years of finance or accounting experience in commercial MNC or international environment
• Certified Public Accountant 
• Ability for preparing monthly and yearly closing tasks independently
• Good knowledge of accounting and audit requirements
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong taxation and transfer pricing
• Good knowledge of internal control (e.g. risk assessment, process improvement etc.)
• Microsoft Office tools (an advanced level in Excel is required)
• Experience in ERP Systems(AS400/SAP/Oracle) is preferred
• Fluent Chinese: Cantonese and Mandarin
• Fluent English in both written and spoken
• Spanish (an advantage but not compulsory)
