Working Location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Sales to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize hotel profit and sales margin, and increase market penetration by various channels
• Develop new and potential client base and maintain and exceed guests’ satisfaction
• Organize and direct overall sales activities to achieve sales volume and profit targets
• Prepare sales forecast, budget and analysis reports

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality, Sales & Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Hotel industry would be highly preferred
• Independent, a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized and detail-minded with strong sales techniques and particular emphasis on presentation and negotiation techniques
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
