Job Description
Responsibilities:

Responsible for answering all incoming calls and transferring to appropriate persons

Socializing with members and guests; and maintain good relationship with members

Handle all members’ requests and complaints.

Process membership cards and carpark labels for members

Perform administrative duties as required
Requirements

Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Excellent guest interaction skills

Independent, good team player and able to work under pressure
