Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling system development requests and ensuring a good quality of deliverable to fulfill business needs;
• Gather and analyze business requirements from users. Prepare functional specifications, system specifications, technical specifications and system test plans;
• Perform program coding, system testing, coordination & support of user acceptance testing and system implementation;
• Ensure all service requests implemented are supported with test results, sign off, technical documentation and adhered to IT Standards/Guidelines and change management control;

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years hands-on working experience in Client Server and Internet application development and maintenance;
• Proficient in the system development tools such as ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, SQL Server, LINQ, ASP, HTML4/5, XML, Java Script and JQuery and Crystal Report;
• Understanding of mobile application development is an advantage;
• Independent, self-motivated, a good team player and able to work under pressure
• Good understanding on IT System Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
• Good communication, strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Customer Focus;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Experience in Insurance business is an advantage;
