Your Tasks:

• Be responsible for the day-to-day product information and content requirements of MoneyHero.com.hk
• Oversee all website related matters from tracking to new product development and strategy implementation
• Assist in the development of key disciplines such as customer experience, usability, data management, analytics insights
• Assist with the optimization of existing platforms and functionality e.g. improve website conversions through refining and improving 
• Be the middleman between Business and Programmers / Website Development
• Co-ordinate tech development projects with financial product providers

Profile:

• Strong project management skills
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Advanced/intermediate in Microsoft Excel (i.e., PivotTable)
• Detail-oriented, patient and the ability to work under pressure
• Positive attitude and a team player
•  Knowledge of Google Analytics and/or DCM is a plus
•  Have JavaScript and/or Python knowledge (both is better)
•  Experience in user testing and conversion rate optimization is a plus
