Responsibilities:-

• Overview of the banking system as well as the roles of individual departments in aligning functions with the Bank’s strategy.
• Understand the Bank's structure and culture, various business units' overview and synergy with each other, regulatory environment of banking industry, etc.
• Participate in various internal activities, important projects and assignments from senior management.

Requirements:-

• Degree holder in all discipline.
• Determine to be a great banker with strong passion to grow and excel.
• A high initiative team player with perseverant attitude.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
