To provide administrative support services to the TV commercial (TVC) production team to ensure smooth and efficient working.

Responsibilities

• Carry out administrative duties, e.g. Prepare production contracts, insurance papers, music licenses
• Assist with music usage renewal
• Verify data accuracy in centralised system (i.e. upload production bids)
• Liaise with trafficking team for TVC material distribution
• Co-ordinate billing process
• Prepare purchase orders for suppliers
• Communicate suppliers concerns and enquiries
• Reconcile production and finance reports
• Monitor spending on each production project so its within the estimated budget
• Create new IMC code for each TVC

Requirements

• Degree qualified with background in media or film
• Experience in an advertising agency is a plus
• Must be highly organized, accurate, and able to facilitate work flow in a dynamic environment
• Able to work independently whilst coordinating well within the team
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written skills
