Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day relationship with worldwide based retail / wholesale customers.
• Manage merchandising processes from product development, sourcing, costing, sampling & price negotiation.
• Follow up production independently from order confirmation to delivery.
• Occasional travel to China factories is required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above preferably in business fields
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience or up
• Product experience in CERAMIC TABLEWARE is a MUST
• Solid experience in working directly with ceramics factories
• Good sense of design arts and familiar with product development process
• Able to work independently and good analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skills and able to host & work directly with customers
• Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Emails, PhotoShop, etc)
• Excellent in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
