This role will be reporting to the HR Director. You will be responsible for formulating training plans for various levels staff in Hong Kong, Macau & Korea. We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years’ experience in development and facilitation of retail training program with in-depth understanding in luxury W&J industry as well as specific watch knowledge. Key responsibilities

• Determine training needs and requirements align with corporate objectives
• Formulate training plans for staff members in Hong Kong, Macau & Korea
• Conduct regular store visits and store training to ensure effectiveness of the training
• Control and monitor the training budget
• Work with headquarters, retail and wholesale team for implementing training programs
• Handle training administrative work and logistics
• Prepare monthly report and analysis

Candidate requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in development of retail training program
• Experience in luxury watch / jewellery retail is a MUST
• Excellent presentation & communication skills
• Able to communicate all levels of staff
• Able to develop a creative and all rounded training program
• Good with written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
