Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound enquiries
- Provide customer services
- Follow through the process with internal departments until case completed
- Analyse customer complaint and generate report
Requirements:
|
l Form 5 Graduate (equivalent or above ) |
|
l Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese |
|
l At least 2 years’ experience in retail industry, hotline CS experience in petroleumindustry is preferred |
|
l Proficient in MS office |
|
l Pro-active, well organized, good team player with strong communication skills |
