Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor customers’ online orders status.
- Provide customers with immediate information on specific product.
- Handle online customer complaints and service requests.
- Review and develop online functions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist with Online Shop Product and Website updates.
- Implement other ad hoc work and projects assigned.
Requirements :
- Diploma graduates or above
- Positive attitude, multitasking skills and able to work under pressure
- Independence, well organized
- Detail-minded and customer-oriented, self-motivated and can work under pressure
- Excellent in English (verbal and written)
