Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor customers’ online orders status.
• Provide customers with immediate information on specific product.
• Handle online customer complaints and service requests.
• Review and develop online functions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Assist with Online Shop Product and Website updates.
• Implement other ad hoc work and projects assigned.

Requirements :

• Diploma graduates or above
• Positive attitude, multitasking skills and able to work under pressure
• Independence, well organized
• Detail-minded and customer-oriented, self-motivated and can work under pressure
• Excellent in English (verbal and written)
