Responsibilities:

• To drive our service quality excellence with care
• To visit targeted users and provide right service to meet their needs
• To make follow-up calls, corresponding and recommendation after visit
• To assist in designing and executing special programs
• To prepare the progression report from visits
• To assist in Sales Administration Team
• To perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotline handling and/or face-to-face customer service
• Applicant with elderly service experience is highly preferable
• Outdoor work and shift duty are required
• Higher Diplomagraduate or above
• Team player, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills with all ages
• Calm temperament, open-minded, well-organized and independent
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• This opening is an Officer position, applicant with less experience will be consider as Assistant Officer
