Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate the certification process upon receipt of the signed Certification Proposal
• Organize the assignment of testing and inspection jobs to approved agencies
• Conduct the preliminary review on product test report and factory inspection report
• Co-ordinate certification related matters among Subscribers, Testing Agency and Inspection Agency in the course of certification
• Prepare the registration documents after a successful certification has completed

Requirement:

• High Diploma or above in Engineering or Engineering Science
• At least 4 years on hands practice in electrical lab test or product certification
• Technical competence in household, luminaries, LED & IT/ AV products according to IEC/EN, GB and other international standards
• Suggest solutions to solve the technical issues
  
• Knowledge in manufacturing process and HK Electrical Safety Regulations
• Knowledge in ISO 9001 or other quality management systems
• Aggressive, good report writing and interpersonal and communication skills
• More experience would be considered as Senior Certification Officer
