Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support in HK back office. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and clients alike, by keeping schedules and providing information where necessary.
The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinate and managing trade fair, business trip, meetings when assigned
- Ensure the adequacy of data
- Respond to enquiries from clients and provide after sales support when requested
- General admin support
- Assist in ad hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Form 7
- At least 2 years’ relevant working experience is preferred
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be a team player with high level of dedication, well-organized and self-motivated
- Immediately available is highly preferred
