Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct, develop, organize, implement and evaluate the departmental data and revenue performance.
- Provide user friendly data analysis, with use of graphs, pivot tables etc, to describe historical, current and future trends within relevant departments.
- Take guidance from departmental heads, respond to requests for more in-depth information and data.
- Monitor departmental data and revenues, highlighting any irregularities and deviations from norm.
- Monitor table opening times and headcounts, report accordingly
- Monitor table Minimums and Maximums, report accordingly
- Monitor slot betting averages and coin in, report accordingly
- Monitor slot Minimums and Maximums, report accordingly
- Compare Jackpot Analysis for game type and areas both Slots and Table Gaming
- Monitor Traffic flow and table utilization through gaming areas
- Monitor complementary accounts, breakdown where necessary
- Monitor all cost centers and report accordingly
- Monitor time and attendance of staff, report accordingly
- Monitor point redemption program, highlighting anomalies
- Monitor junket F&B and Room expenses
- Prepare and present Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Reports.
- Maintain and cultivate a harmonious working environment by providing coaching and development amongst all team members, at all levels.
- Initiate and develop performance appraisals for team members.
- Build Industry and international association network relationships
- Perform other duties as required.
- Degree in Statistics, Information Technology, Mathematics or equivalent preferred but not essential
- At least some prior knowledge of the gaming industry.
- Personal sense of honesty, integrity, caring and trustworthy.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership and team building skills.
- Sound knowledge of international casino strategic planning.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must.
- Proficiency in excel
