  Primary Duties:

  The Consultant will be responsible for delivering management and system consulting services in the area of Strategy & Operations Expertise, Process & Data Management Solutions, Operational & IT Support Services. We covers a wide range of software products, including Oracle JD Edwards, EBS, BI & EPM, Cloud, MRI, Yardi, Argus, SAP, Maximo, IBM Tririga, Archibus, Planimetron Propidex, AutoCAD, etc. The successful candidate will:

• Provide organizational, operational, systems, and/or data related consulting services

• Generate deliverables with quality and timeliness

• Participate in interviews and workshops

• Assist with compiling current state information and formulating the future state solution

• Participate in systems design and development, training, setup, testing, go live preparation

• Comply with the company’s established directives, policies, and best practices

• Assist the client on the design, enhancement and modification of business systems through analysis, clarification and definition of user requirements

• Prepare documentation, operation guides, presentation and training materials as required

• Prepare program test data, test plan; perform testing and acceptance of applications

• Carry out application support and maintenance for clients

  Requirements:

• Degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or related

• 1+ year’s relevant work experience (Candidates with less experience or fresh graduate will be considered for Analyst position; Candidate with 3+ years’ experience will be considered for Senior Consultant position)

• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• Self-motivated

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Good customer service skills

• Respect for others

• Ability to work collectively with team supervisors and peers

• Ability to work in an effective and consistent manner while maintaining high quality

• Ability to apply critical thinking and a methodical approach to problem identification and resolution

• Maintain a professional manner and appearance in the workplace

• Common applications including MS Office 2010/2013/Office 365/2016, Adobe Acrobat, etc.

• Knowledge in SQL is an advantage

• Having experience in any of the following solutions is an advantage – Maximo, IBM Tririga, Archibus, Planimetron Propidex, AutoCAD, Oracle JD Edwards, EBS, BI & EPM, Cloud, MRI, Yardi, Argus, SAP

• Experience in real estate, facility management, space management industries industries is a plus

• Occasional travel is required
