  Primary Duties:

  The Senior Consultant will be responsible for leading consulting work for specific functional areas, for example, Real Estate, Facility Management, Space Management, and Financial Management. Our consulting practice delivers management and system consulting services in the area of Strategy & Operations Expertise, Process & Data Management Solutions, Operational & IT Support Services. We covers a wide range of software products, including Oracle JD Edwards, EBS, BI & EPM, Cloud, MRI, Yardi, Argus, SAP, Maximo, IBM Tririga, Archibus, Planimetron Propidex, AutoCAD, etc. The successful candidate will:

• Lead in systems design and development, setup, data conversion, training, testing, go live

• Control the day-to-day aspects of the responsible functional team per the project plan

• Communicate project status to project manager

• Generate deliverables with quality and ensure the timeliness of the team’s deliverables

• Ensure information and documentation is accessible in the document repository

• Supply organizational, operational, or systems knowledge for a particular business function

• Carry out application support and maintenance for clients

• Comply with the company’s established directives, policies, and best practices

   

  Requirements:

• Degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or related

• 3+ years’ relevant work experience (Candidates with less experience will be considered for Consultant position; Candidate with 10+ years’ experience will be considered for Manager position)

• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• Self-motivated

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collectively with team supervisors and peers

• Ability to work in an effective and consistent manner while maintaining high quality

• Ability to apply critical thinking and a methodical approach to problem identification and resolution

• Maintain a professional manner and appearance in the workplace

• Experience in leading consulting work for any of the specific functional areas, for example, Real Estate, Facility Management, Space Management, Financial, is preferred

• Good technical knowledge is a plus

• Knowledge in SQL is preferred

• Having experience in any of the following solutions is an advantage – Planimetron Propidex, AutoCAD, Maximo, IBM Tririga, Archibus, Oracle JD Edwards, EBS, BI & EPM, Cloud, MRI, Yardi, Argus, SAP

• Experience in real estate, facility management, space management industries is a plus

• Occasional travel may be required
