Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support on IT systems including Windows and Linux
• Maintain systems to ensure infrastructure stability
• In charge of Vendor, Incident, Problem and Change management
• Provide technical support for internal parties
• Work closely with business teams, technical teams and vendors for system improvement
Job Requirements:
• Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 3+ years experience in IT support and admins
• Experience in Windows and Linux Servers
• Experience in VMware and or HyperV
• Knowledge of IBM WebSphere is an advantage
• Good written and verbal command of English
• A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills
Immediate availability is preferred
Candidates with less experience will also be considered as System Support Engineer
