The CFO will be a versatile leader and manager focused on making a company-wide contribution. The CFO will have the ability to operate strategically with the senior team, providing financial and operational input to help make critical choices as our company evolves. The CFO should have experience operating in a startup environment. The CFO should have experience successfully leading fundraising initiatives and working closely with our CEO and investors.

Responsibilities:

1.        Lead and manage our finance team.
2.        Provide leadership and management to the financial team on accounting, budgeting, taxation, treasury functions.
3.        Provide sound commercial and financial insights and recommendations based on the financial analysis and business benchmarking to top management team.
4.        Liaise with external parties such as auditors, lawyers, sponsors and bankers.
5.        Engage in ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

1.        Certified Accountant with at least 5 years’ experience.
2.        Strong leader with team management experience from China and Hong Kong.
3.        Familiar Hong Kong and China accounting standards & requirements, treasury, taxation, etc.
4.        Strong experience in related industries (Biotech, Electronic, IC, etc.).
5.        Fluency in Mandarin and English
