Our client is an MNC logistics forwarder service company and they are now looking for candidate for following position

Responsibilities:

• Report to Manager and lead a small team to handle credit management and debt collection
• Analyze credit performance and work closely with the team to comply with corporate credit policy
• Manage customer credit issues, escalation and provide solution to solve customers’ enquiries or problem.
• Conduct regular process review to ensure adequate control in day to day operation
• Join customer visit with Commercial team to understand customer needs

Requirements:

• Degree or above with over 3 years of experience in credit control or accounting field with customer interface exposure in logistics/ transportation industry or multinational companies 
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skill, including demonstrated experience and making recommendations.
• Good experience in credit analysis and debt collection 
• Proficient PC skills, experience in using accounting systems is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure 
• Candidate who has supervisory experience will considered as Credit Control Supervisor
