Responsibilities:

• Prepare workflow for clients
• Supervise and assign work to team members
• Ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of reports to clients
• Act as trouble-shooter and handle issues skillfully
• Liaise with clients' auditors
• Meet clients regularly to discuss accounting and tax filing issues
• Provide solutions and recommendations for clients

Requirements:

• Degree holder / Qualified Accountant with 5 years professional accounting experience
• At least 3 years of manager experience for different industries
• Audit training or prior experience in dealing with auditors preferred
• Highly developed accounting, analytical and problem solving skills
• Detail oriented, flexible, team player, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
