FastLane Group (http://www.fastlanepro.hk/) is a fast growing and dynamic accounting and advisory firm.  We are seeking a high caliber Administrative Officer/Assistant Accountant to join our professional team and assist the daily operations and administration of the company.

 

The Role   

 

• Manage good communications and coordinations with services parties and partners
• Provide administrative supports
• Maintain and periodic review office administration operation and procedures
• Assist in data input, record keeping, filing and other client accounting work

 
Requirements
 

• Ideally 2-3 years working experiences in a fast moving and professional environment. Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Be highly proactive and self-driven
• Experience in bookkeeping
• Good problem solving skills and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office and Powerpoint
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese

 

We are an Authorised Employer (AE) of HKICPA and we offer five working days and provide examination leave, allowances and performance bonus.  No travel is required.
