Job Title: Operations and admin officer

Job Description: We need a flexible and confident individual to primarily focus on back office functions. Corporate Secretary, Day to day accounting and book keeping, Payroll, Tax, Partner support, meeting scheduling.

Key competencies: Experience working in a FinTech environment, experience working independently, understanding of FX HKD-PHP/CNY/IDR, Experience working with the local Hong Kong MSO regulatory environment, Experience and understanding of the local Hong Kong business legal system, Experience dealing with Payroll.

Qualifications: Degree in accounting or finance preferred, degree in business a plus. Experience will be considered. 

Key skills: Good skills and understanding of Xero, Excel and Powerpoint a huge plus!

Language skills: English (Critical) Mandarin (Helpful) Bahasa Indonesia (very helpful)
