Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to director office
  • Performs a variety of administrative or executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive
  • Oversee day to day operations and affairs of the company, including HR, Admin and Operations;
  • Handle office administrative works and filling system management
  • Prepare company budgets to monitor and control expenses
  • Handling primary recruiting activities, candidate sourcing and executive search;
  • Daily HR operation including but not limited to compensation & benefit, performance management and employee relations ;
  • Formulate and review HR and administrative policies and guidelines to fit with company requirements
  • Handle office management, facilities management and fixed assets management including to chase replies, quotations, required information, feedbacks, agreements and various matters and documentation towards the target dates.
  • Draft and prepare various business proposal
  • Take minutes for all management meetings
  • Coordinate and follow up on projects and project tracking
  • Manage and assist in all projects assigned with professional manner & judgment; handle details of highly confidential matters properly
  • draft and prepare memorandum, minutes, policies and procedures, summaries and reports
  • coordinate and follow up the progress of projects, proposals and approvals 
  • verify business figures, ensure compliance of company policies and procedures
  • Manage information flow and ensure the communication with external and internal parties in an efficient way
  • update database records and prepare project reports and analysis
  • handle ad-hoc assignments 

Experience and Skills:

  • Degree holder
  • Good experience in general HR and administration management
  • At least 1 to 2 years working experience in property management / real estate business is preferred
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate with all walks of life and handle difficult people.
  • Independent with good common sense and initiative.
  • Honest, Polite, patient and discreet
  • Mature, Tough character, hardworking, willing to learn and strong leadership and team spirit
  • Must be careful and able to attend to detail of documentation.
  • Good command of spoken and written English plus good Chinese word-processing.
  • Proficient in MS applications including Excel, familiar with Chinese Word Processing
