Job Duties:

• Coordinate / communicate with internal & external parties on follow-up sales order;
• Assist in clerical works including quotation, invoice, report preparation, filing…etc.;
• Perform daily office administrative work;
• Keep order fulfillment process on track in a timely and quality manner.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
• Provide full spectrum secretarial support for sales team

Requirements:

• F.5 or above;
• Solid experience in handling I/E and L/C document is an advantage;
• Good communication skill in both English and Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing;
• Fundamental knowledge on accounting;
• Pro-active and hardworking, willing to serve and to learn;
• Good interpersonal skills, responsible.
