RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. To perform investigations and completion of suspicious transaction/activity reports
2. To perform AML/CFT tramsactions
3. Support the implementation AML/CFT monitoring program in accordance with local and Head Office standards
4. Support the implementation, enhancement and the updating of the monitoring tool(MDS)
5. Support internal or extenal audit , HKMA process and the implementation of the remediation measures
6. Participate in the branch’s AML Committee, Client Review Committee and other committees/working group 
7. Relevant reports preparing
8. Maintain all AML records, registers and files (including STRs)
9. Support enhancement of processes and controls for transactions monitoring and sanctions checks

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Bachelor degree in Law, Accounting or Business Administration
2. With  3- 5 years' working experience in Compliance/Audit/Back Office operations in banking field
3. Team player, results-oriented and with a proven ability to multi-task
4. Fluent in English and knowledge of Mandarin, and any one of European Languages is an asset
