Main duties & responsibilities:

• To promote mortgage loan service to clients (call list will be provided by company, no cold call is needed)
• To provide excellent customer services to clients

Requirements:

• DSE / F.7 or above (or equivalent)
• 1 year relevant working experience in call centre or customer service industry
