Job Duties:

• Responsible for research and analyze fashion trend direction and act as an information resources for the team members
• Responsible for the merchandising mix and upkeep of a consistent brand image and positioning
• Request to initiate seasonal design concepts by offering targeted trend direction by brand, including colour, fabric and material
• Responsible for the design and production process from styling confirmation, initial fitting session and follow through in subsequent fitting sessions until pre-production sample stage

Requirements:

• Overseas full time Degree holder in Fashion Design or related disciplines
• At least 3 years solid experience in designing sweaters for ladies high fashion
• Experience in embroidery design is definitely an advantage
• Able to develop marketable collections to suit customers' needs
• Good retail markets sense and knowledge in sweater techniques and accessories
• Creative & talented in fashion design and enthusiastic for new aspirations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and able to meet tight deadlines
• Able to work under pressure and act as a good team player
