Duties:
The appointee is required to function as a team member in the recruitment, assessment, data collection of staff of all grades in the residential care home for the elderly in a research study. The appointee will manage data collection, obtain, verify, organize, code and enter data; complete forms and maintain files. Appointment will be made on a contract basis for 2 years.

Appointment Criteria:
(i) have a Master’s  or Bachelor’s degree in nursing or social work or related health discipline;
(ii) have at least 2-years of research experience and knowledge of qualitative research such as interviewing and participant observation;
(iii) be able to work independently, have an investigative nature, attention to detail, and an analytic aptitude;
(iv) be familiar with the computer and understanding of qualitative data analysis; 
(v) have excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Chinese.
