Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain project phases with Oracle, MS-SQL databases, and middleware in a distributed computing environment 
• Database/application support, installation, integration and administration 
• Develop and maintain applications 
• Enhance functionality of Business Intelligence (BI) platforms 
• Provide business-as-usual support for application systems in areas of monitoring, tuning, backups and patching 
• Prepare system and technical documentation 

Job Requirements: 

• Degree holder or above in Computing, IT or Engineering from a recognized tertiary institution 
• 3+ year database experience in an enterprise production environment 
• Working knowledge of  Windows/Linux is a must 
• Working knowledge of Oracle 10g/11g/12c, MS SQL 
• Hands-on programming skills in web technology: Java, JavaScript, HTML5, PHP, JSP, CSS, Node.js, jQuery is an advantage. 
• Working knowledge of programming in SQL, PLSQL 
• Good knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) and ETL 
• Good knowledge on computer hardware, systems and software applications 
• Customer-oriented with good troubleshooting, communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proactive, self-motivated and hard-working. 
• Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
